Llanybydder Horse Sales

Held every last Thursday of the month, they have been an institution in Llanybydder for well over a hundred years.The little town is transformed for a day and horses and ponies from all corners of the UK descend to buy and sell. The horses are of all kinds and breeds. From hunters and ponies to the famous Welsh Cobs. Some horses and ponies with little value also go abroad for meat.
